Villa Achilleas is located on the outskirts of Peristerona village within a lovingly cared-for garden and with spectacular views to Polis, the sea and to the heavily wooded Paphos Forest. Villa Achilleas is meticulously cared for by its owners, Charalambos and his wife whose own house is nearby. This is Cypriot hospitality at its best and most traditional.

 

Peristerona is a working village and its sounds are all around. Built on a rise, the cooling breeze makes the air-conditioning virtually redundant. The garden has been planted with many endemic species and Charalambos will take great delight in pointing these out. The property was completed in 2005.

Ground floor: Large living/dining room with TV, opening onto terrace with pool and panoramic views. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob/oven, microwave. Twin air-conditioned bedroom to rear and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs: Utility room with ironing facilities and sink. Twin, air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Double air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath. Large panoramic balcony with table and chairs accessed by both rooms.

Outside: 4m x 8m pool (depth 1.00m to 1.8m) with wide tiled surround. BBQ. Well tended, colourful garden.
