Most visitors to Athens stay in the centre and we have selected a range of hotels, mainly within our favoured district of Makriyianni, as it is just a short walk from both the Acropolis and the atmospheric 19th century Plaka district, now largely pedestrianised.
All hotels are sold on a bed and breakfast basis, and possess air-conditioning, TV and minibar. Our prices for Athens are based on scheduled day flights from Heathrow or Gatwick and include taxi transfers – odd durations and flights from Manchester on request.
Central Athens Hotels
Although we can book any hotel in Athens – ask us for a quote if you have a particular favourite – we have selected those which over the years we have found to be comfortable, central and not too noisy. All are within a short walk of a metro station.
