In certain areas you can pre-book the activities on this page, which is a brief guide only (details can be found on resort pages or elsewhere). Most are designed to be ‘bolted-on’ to a standard holiday, so useful for parties of mixed interests as not everyone has to participate! If pre-booking please reserve at the same time as your holiday and mark your requirements on the booking form – no additional deposit is required. Please be aware that the activities are not refundable if you do not make full use of them, although our suppliers will do their best to be flexible (perhaps by changing dates locally, subject to adequate notice and availability).
Small Motor Boats
Can be pre-booked in Lefkas, Lemnos, Ithaca, Kefalonia, Sivota, Alonissos and Western Pelion. Boats can be hired locally in Paxos, NE Corfu, Skiathos and Skopelos.

Bicycles
Can be pre-booked in Sivota, Western Pelion, Zakynthos and the Molyvos/Petra area of Lesvos. Bicycles can be rented locally in many other areas.
Watersports
Can be pre-booked in Tolon and Lemnos. Most of the busier beaches have watersports in season, and you should find a good range in Corfu, Parga, Skiathos and Nidri (Lefkas). For windsurfing try Kokkari in Samos.
Sailing
Apart from our sailing options on Lefkas (see right), dinghies (with or without tuition) can be booked in Tolon and catamarans in Lemnos. There is a sailing school based in Afissos in the Pelion.
Scuba Diving
Cannot be pre-booked but last summer was available in Alonissos, Crete (Chania, Istron and Paleochora), Corfu (Aghios Gordis), Kefalonia (Agia Efimia), Lefkas (Nidri), Lesvos (nr Molyvos), Parga, Samos (Pythagorion), Tolon, Zakynthos and Skiathos.
Walking
Greece is known for its walking, especially in early and late season. We operate our own 1 week walking holiday to Ithaca during this period.
A wide range of walks is included in our Amorgos programme. Guided walks from resort are available locally in Ithaca, Paxos, Mani (Kardamili), Eastern Pelion and Skopelos, and a free walking guide is available for Western Pelion, Mani (Kardamili/Stoupa) and Parga. In addition to the above areas, good independent walking opportunities will be found especially in Corfu, Crete, Ikaria, Lesvos, Meganissi, Naxos, Samos and Sivota.
In 2006 we introduced walking holidays in the Mani region of Greece's deep south, in the north-western province of Epirus, and on the Cycladic islands of Amorgos and Naxos. These holidays are rather special due to the vast local knowledge and enthusiasm of the leader, Anna Butcher, coupled with her love of Greece and experience. She really will show you the parts of Greece that others do not reach!

Bird Watching on Lesvos
We are pleased to offer clients the opportunity to enjoy a week or two in the prime birdwatching area of Skala Kalloni. Our birdwatching group will explore the island's marshes, rivers and hillsides accompanied by Bob Husband, a very experienced ornithological guide.
